It’s my turn to host the challenge this week. Let’s have a little fun and feature subjects that begin with the letter B. What subjects can you find that start with the letter B? Please limit your responses to no more than 10 images for your response.
This was, for me, a very comfortable and enjoyable challenge as I resume blogging, and Beth, I did have fun, thank you — very much so!
Bittersweet Nightshade climbs up high,
With purple stars and hearts of gold.*
Butterfly Weed captures the eye,
Its orange flare, pretty and bold.*
Spiky Burr-Reed stands so steady,
A barbed weapon of deepest jade.*
Bergamot crowns, pink and thready,
Like vibrant tiaras in our glade.*
A golden cluster on the stem,
Bird-foot Trefoils are on display.*

Carolinian Kaleidoscope
Along the peaceful, shaded, trail,
Five lovely bursts of colour bloom.
They break the forest’s emerald veil,
And chase away the morning gloom.
Bittersweet Nightshade climbs up high,
With purple stars and hearts of gold.
Butterfly Weed captures the eye,
Its orange flare, pretty and bold.
Spiky Burr-Reed stands so steady,
A barbed weapon of deepest jade.
Bergamot crowns, pink and thready,
Like vibrant tiaras in our glade.
Low to the earth, the final gem,
Like yellow ballet slippers lay,
A golden cluster on the stem,
Bird-foot Trefoils are on display.
